Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC as an Army Brat. DJ Silly Sid began the international life at a young age. Living in Germany as a kid with his family for several years taught him how to be open minded towards different cultures and to always have strong morals and values to live by. Growing up he stayed active in the spotlight where he is most comfortable, constantly working hard to be better in 3 different Sports year round, school, and his home Church’s Dance Team. In 2006 after graduating high school Sid was given the opportunity to attend school at UMUC University Asia in South Korea while having a full time job as a Program Coordinator for a Military Support Organization. If Silly Sid wasn’t in the books or creating awesome events you could catch him at the nearest dance studio or club perfecting he’s bboy skills taking it to the next level with his funky breaking dancing style. In the fall of 2006 Silly Sid help organize Natural Remedy the first well known American Bboy Crew in Korea. Natural Remedy a team of 12 plus bboys became well known very rapidly in the community constantly performing live with the Pyeongtaek City’s local Bboy crew (Run People’s crew) for festivals, orphanage volunteer programs, Korean/American holiday events and more. Due to most members being Military in Natural Remedy the team would constantly lose team members and gain new ones throughout the years. 2009 DJ Silly Sid reformed Natural Remedy into a three man team including MC Julian Jay (Brother), Juiceman (Close Friend) and himself making it easier on the team to be flexible for practices, performances and other aspects in providing entertainment. In 2009 Silly Sid was given the chance to DJ for a local club in Pyeongtaek Korea from then on his motivation and active involvement helped pack out clubs in several major cities along with Natural Remedy’s performances for two straight years. Opening up for Artist such as Yung Joc, Florida, Frankie J, William Valdarama, Pitbull, Local hip artist and more. After leaving Korea in 2011 to develop his professional career DJ Silly Sid was back on the scene in South Korea 2012 becoming the Co-Founder of ACEE ENT (Our Attitude and Confidence will Make the Event Excellent). With several other American DJ’s and DJ Silly Sid’s knowledge of the entertainment world in Korea, ACEE ENT was able to help manage several clubs in three major cities of South Korea including Seoul, Pyeongtaek City (Humphreys) and Songtan City (Osan). Known to grind nonstop, DJ Silly Sid became one of the top requested American DJs in South Korea to help build the names and crowds of Hip Hop and EDM Clubs including American Military Base Clubs. DJ Silly Sid’s initiative, ideas and background experience in event coordinating helped ACEE ENT create and host nothing but the craziest and most successful parties. Wanting to bring more to the hip hop community DJ Silly Sid reached out to celebrities in the states to help host event’s. Putting together wild parties with The Famous BGC (Bad Girls Club) Silly helped step the game up and competition in Korean Hip Hop Clubs. After establishing a standard with major events in 2014 with artist such as OG Maco, IheartMemphis, Kstylis and more, Sid left South Korea and moved to Europe to reunite with his brother (MC Julian Jay) and his extended family. While living in Europe Silly Sid and MC Julian Jay put in major work with other promoters to help bring some of the wildest entertaining events Europe had to offer. After a decade of wild events across Asia and Europe Silly Sid is now bringing his talents to South Florida.
